Milagro
Sheriff since he came to town. Takes care of Templeton. Currently assuming responsibility and care over Pippin.
Catherine “Cathy” Lamar
Proprietor (sole inheritor) of the Templeton Diner. Born and raised in Templeton, yet one of the first to leave before duty brought her back.
Pippin
Former teen hitchhiker, current teen oddity. Lives with Milagro, works at Cathy’s. Almost no memory of life before Templeton.
